The Smarty Saver Semi-Automatic Defibrillator is an economical and straightforward defibrillator designed for ease of use. It is suitable for both medical professionals, such as paramedics, and non-medical individuals, including the general public. This device is dependable and robust, capable of performing effectively in a variety of challenging environments. It is engineered to deliver one or more defibrillation shocks to adults or children experiencing ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia, utilizing a thorax impedance-compensated, biphasic truncated exponential discharge (BTE).

The Semi-Automatic model evaluates the patient's ECG and, upon detecting a shockable rhythm, it automatically initiates the charging of the reservoir capacitor.

The AED provides vocal instructions, prompting the operator to press the shock button to administer the defibrillation shock. Following defibrillation, the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation phase is guided by voice prompts, with a metronome indicating the timing for compressions and breaths.
