The compact 9V Procell 6LR61 or PP3 batteries utilize alkaline technology for reliable performance. Common applications encompass medical devices, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, motion sensors, walkie-talkies, and small radios. Additionally, they are frequently used in portable computer peripherals and security systems. Manufacturer guidelines suggest operating temperatures from a minimum of -20°C to a maximum of 54°C.
Each battery measures approximately 48 x 17 x 26 millimeters and serves as a direct substitute for E-block and ID1604 size codes.
