It is effectively utilized in cold chain logistics to promptly track and document temperature-sensitive shipments, ensuring consistent data collection at set intervals.
Its lightweight construction makes it suitable for community healthcare teams, midwives, occupational health professionals, and emergency services, as well as any organization responsible for the transport of temperature-sensitive vaccines or pharmaceuticals. Vaccine transport bags must maintain contents between +2°C and +8°C, and this practical tool provides verifiable quality control for all thermal management processes.
With a precision of ±0.5°C, covering a range from -30°C to +70°C, the Tempmate-M1 is compact and integrates effortlessly with our selection of Porta Thermal Cold Chain bags. It allows for sampling at intervals from 10 seconds to 24 hours and can store up to 32,000 readings. Data is presented in a PDF report with both tabular and graphical formats, or you can utilize the free Tempbase software for detailed configuration, analysis, and management of the data.
Notably, the Tempmate-M1 is not subject to IATA's Dangerous Goods Regulations, making it an ideal choice for air freight logistics.
If needed, the Tempmate-M1 can be enhanced with an external sensor probe for a nominal additional fee.
