The innovative touch screen controller is flat, allowing for thorough cleaning and disinfection, free from dirt-collecting buttons. It displays, alerts, and logs minimum and maximum temperatures for both probes. Similar to a smartphone, the screen locks after 30 seconds to prevent accidental activation.
