How is this sackholder emptied?
To empty the sackholder, press the foot pedal to raise the lid and lift the frame to release the bag. Remove the bag from the top and replace it with a new one. Fold the bag's edges over the bin and lower the frame to secure it. Release the pedal to close the lid.
