The Wired Chair Alertamat is optimally used when placed beneath the chair cushion, triggering the alarm as the individual vacates the seat. This notifies the caregiver to check on the individual's well-being. The alarm resets itself once the individual returns to the chair.
The Wired Chair Alertamat can be linked to a nurse call system using the included 2-meter cable for centralized alerts, or it can function independently to provide localized notifications via the Alerta Alarm Monitor (included in the package).
