The Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT) is a compact and lightweight device engineered to halt arterial blood flow in cases of severe bleeding from traumatic injuries.

Effective Hemorrhage Management in Combat Scenarios.
The CAT features a windlass system with a free-moving internal band that ensures true circumferential pressure is applied to the limb. Once the windlass is tightened, it locks in place to stop bleeding. Additionally, the CAT includes a Velcro Windlass Strap for extra security during patient transport.
