The Marsden M-550 is a Class III digital scale designed for use in medical settings such as GP surgeries, pharmacies, and clinics. Its Class III certification ensures compliance with legal standards for medical applications, including patient monitoring, diagnosis, and treatment.
This digital scale serves as a modern alternative to traditional mechanical dial scales commonly found in GP surgeries. With an accuracy of 200g (up to 100kg), the M-550 is proven to be up to five times more precise than conventional mechanical scales. Its exceptional accuracy, affordability, and performance make it an ideal choice for GP surgeries, as well as a recommended weighing solution for pharmacies and health centers.
Compared to traditional stand-on scales, this model features a broad weighing platform that accommodates larger patients. The wide base also enhances stability for users of all ages.
The M-550 offers features such as weight hold, Tare, and BMI calculation. BMI is easily determined by entering the patient's height using the scale's buttons, and the BMI is automatically calculated and displayed when the patient steps on the scale.
With a capacity of 160kg, the M-550 measures in 200g increments up to 100kg. It comes with a standard two-year warranty.
The M-550 GP Floor Scale operates on battery power, requiring just four AA batteries for over 40 hours of continuous use.
