The Seca HW941 Patient Hoist Weigher is designed to be mounted on hoists equipped with coat hanger-style sling supports. It comes with extension links to accommodate slight variations in sling sizes. Powered by an internal rechargeable battery, it offers 40 hours of continuous operation after an 8-hour charge and can also be used with a mains adaptor. This user-friendly hoist weigher is ideal for nursing homes, private residences, and hospitals, and is a Class III certified medical scale. It has a maximum weight capacity of 200kg with a precision of 100g, meeting Class III standards.
The Seca HW941 Patient Hoist Weigher is straightforward to use. Simply attach the patient's sling to the hoist weigher, zero the scale, then place the patient in the sling and lift with the hoist for an accurate weight and BMI measurement. Regular weighing of patients upon admission and periodically is essential in hospitals and care facilities. Utilizing certified weighing equipment is crucial for monitoring weight changes and identifying potential health issues or malnutrition. Patients with limited mobility, those who are bedridden, or disabled individuals may require weighing with a hoist-attached scale. Our hoist scales are compatible with all hoists featuring a 'coat hanger' suspension type.
