SHARPSGUARD® cyto features newly designed purple lids and offers a versatile selection of containers for safely disposing of sharps, including those contaminated with cytotoxic and cytostatic medicinal substances and their residues. These containers are suitable for use across hospitals, in every ward and department, as well as in community healthcare settings.
Perfect for managing cytotoxic and cytostatic waste, which must be disposed of separately from other medical waste to comply with regulations. Each container includes absorbent pads. The SHARPSGUARD® cyto 2.5 is equipped with a purple lid, label, and handle for easy identification, is compliant with BS EN ISO 23907 standards, and is compatible with POUDS® trays.
