The Wireless Alert DC utilizes a two-part door contact sensor on a 350mm cable to detect the status of a door, whether it is open or closed. The main unit can be affixed using the provided adhesive pad. Both components of the door contact sensor can be attached with the included adhesive pads or screws.
The system is capable of sending a notification email to a designated address when the door status changes, whether it opens, closes, or both.
Users have the option to set a delay, ranging from 1 minute to 12 hours, before an alert is dispatched. Additionally, the device can deliver a scheduled summary email that includes the count of alert events, the percentage of time the door was open or closed, and the battery status.
