21CFR Compatible K, J, and T-type Thermocouple Data Logger

This standalone data logger, compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, records over 32,000 readings using interchangeable J, K, or T type thermocouples. It comes with a K Type probe and has a measurement range from 0 to +200°C (-32 to +392°F) right out of the box.

The 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) outline the conditions under which electronic records are considered equivalent to paper records. If compliance with these regulations or enhanced data security is necessary, our 21CFR loggers are the ideal choice. Otherwise, our standard loggers are sufficient.
