This standalone data logger, compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, records over 16,000 data points across a temperature range of -35 to +80°C (-31 to +176°F) and 0 to 100% relative humidity (RH). With a simple button press, the on-board display allows you to view current, minimum, and maximum temperature and humidity readings recorded during the session.

The 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) outline the conditions under which electronic records are considered equivalent to paper records.
