21CFR Temperature Data Logger with Display

This standalone data logger, compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, records over 16,000 temperature readings within a range of -35 to +80°C (-31 to +176°F). With a simple button press, the on-board display allows you to view the current, minimum, and maximum temperature logs recorded during the session.
