- Enables needle-free delivery of bolus medications during infusion.
- Back-cut needle bevel and tapered PTFE catheter tip facilitate smoother insertion and reduce vein damage risk.
- Wing design minimizes bacterial contamination risk by preventing direct contact between the catheter hub's rear and the skin. The wings also help secure the catheter using BD Veca-C™ and BD Veca-Fix™ IV dressings.
