Featuring a raised heel and extended front, it fully encases the foot, encouraging a natural stride with each step. The slip-resistant PU sole is particularly effective on smooth surfaces. The Profi Birki is highly favored by long-term staff in healthcare, food service, and culinary environments. Its excellent hygiene features are noteworthy: the clog resists oil and grease and can be washed at temperatures up to 80° Celsius, while the detachable PU footbed is washable up to 60° Celsius and can be sanitized. All Profi Birki models meet the EN ISO 20347:2012 OB E (SRB category) certification standards.
