The Rovers Cervex-Brush is not recommended for use on patients beyond the first 10 weeks of pregnancy.

Usage Instructions

  1. The Rovers Cervex-Brush should be handled with care.
  2. Gently insert the central bristles into the endocervical canal.
  3. Apply light pressure and rotate the Rovers Cervex-Brush five times in a clockwise motion.
    • A1. Place the Rovers Cervex-Brush into a vial (not included) containing preservative fluid and adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines for the Pap Preparation Method.
    • A2. Securely close the vial.
  • B1. Transfer the collected cells to a slide using a painting motion, covering both sides of the brush.
  • B2. Immediately apply a fixative to the slide.
