Exclusive 5-Year AED Electrodes for Both Adults and Children
Designed specifically for the ZOLL AED 3®, the CPR Uni-padz™ electrodes boast an exceptional five-year shelf life and are versatile for use with both adult and pediatric patients, eliminating the need for separate pad sets.
The ZOLL AED 3 features a full-color LCD screen with graphics that match the electrode shapes and colors, ensuring accurate pad placement for both adults and children.
By adjusting the pad position and switching to Child Mode on the ZOLL AED 3, CPR Uni-padz can be utilized for treating children aged 8 years or younger or weighing less than 25 kg (55 lbs.).
CPR Uni-padz are pre-attached to the ZOLL AED 3 for rapid readiness.
Real CPR Assistance
During CPR, achieving the correct compression rate and depth is crucial. Adults require 100 to 120 compressions per minute at a depth of 5 to 6 cm (2 to 2.4 inches). Effective compressions are vital for circulating oxygenated blood to the heart and brain.
The ZOLL AED 3 instantly processes compression data from the CPR Uni-padz, offering voice, text, and visual feedback to guide the rescuer on the correct CPR rate and depth. Real CPR Help advises "Push harder" if compressions are insufficient or praises "Good compressions" when the depth is appropriate. It also displays real-time compression depth via a bar gauge on the color screen, enabling immediate adjustment if necessary.
Comprehensive Rescue Kit
The CPR Uni-padz include a CPR barrier mask, scissors, disposable gloves, a prep razor, a towel, and a moist towelette.
*CPR depth feedback is not available for pediatric patients. Compression depth guidelines for children vary based on their size.
