This device can store more than 250,000 readings and includes an on-screen display that presents maximum, minimum, and recent logs, along with an integrated graph of the recorded data. Users can easily initiate, halt, or restart the logger in the field using the provided buttons, and any alarm breaches are indicated through both LED and sound alerts. The logger operates on battery power or can be connected via a USB wall adapter. With two channels, it enables simultaneous monitoring of two sections of a refrigerator or both a refrigerator and freezer.
