The Laerdal Pocket Mask is crafted specifically for professional rescuers and first responders. It ensures optimal safety for both the rescuer and the individual in need. This mask integrates a low-resistance one-way valve with a disposable hydrophobic filter to effectively block the transfer of fluids and secretions.
The design allows the rescuer to observe the patient's mouth color, secretions, and chest movements from a safe distance. An optional oxygen inlet supports the administration of additional oxygen during ventilation for non-breathing patients or for inhalation by those breathing spontaneously.
Emergencies requiring CPR can happen anywhere, at any time, to anyone. It's reassuring to have the Laerdal Pocket Mask readily available when needed. Compact enough to fit in your pocket, it can be carried with you wherever you go.
