This unit is particularly beneficial for users who may be less confident with blades and for those in locations lacking immediate access to sharps disposal facilities. It is important to note that attempting to extend the device's lifespan by removing contaminated blades is not recommended, as it is specifically designed for blade removal and not for long-term sharps storage.
