If your HK Mercury Spillage Kit is nearing or has reached its expiration date (check the date label on the back of the kit) and has been utilized, you can prolong its usability by an additional 3-4 years with this REPLEN-USED pack. This option is more cost-effective than purchasing a new spillage kit.
What's included in the pack?
The components of the HK Mercury Spillage Kit, except for the absorbent chemicals and dust mask, have an indefinite shelf life. The REPLEN-USED pack includes one bottle each of microfine sulfur and calcium hydroxide, a new waste container, brush, scoop, syringe, dust mask, and a fresh expiry label.
How should I dispose of the old items?
Dispose of the old chemicals in their original containers as clinical or industrial waste for incineration. As with the new chemical packs, ensure they are kept out of children's reach. The mask and other items can be discarded with general waste.
