The Spencer SKID evacuation stair chairs are the ultimate solution for efficient and seamless stairway descent, particularly in multi-level structures. Emergencies requiring building or workplace evacuation can arise unexpectedly, from minor power outages to major disasters.

The SKID-OK is a durable and ultralight evacuation chair weighing only 10kg. It is also the most compact model in the Spencer SKID series, with a folded width of just 17.5cm, making the SKID-OK ideal for narrow staircases.
Equipped with two self-braking and reinforced tracks for stability and enhanced control during stairway descent operations. Large 15cm rear wheels minimize vibration and friction during transport, facilitating movement across flat surfaces. The 10cm front wheels are equipped with brakes.
An extendable handhold and its sturdy yet lightweight frame provide not only stability and control but also superior manoeuvrability in confined spaces and staircases.
An integrated footrest enhances stability and overall casualty comfort, along with an adjustable headrest, head restraint, belt restraints, and reinforced PVC seat. The adjustable PVC seat is also reinforced, offering additional comfort and easy maintenance.
Compliant with the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR), the SKID-OK ensures a smooth, rapid, and safe evacuation for both the patient and the operator.

The SKID-OK Evacuation chair, despite its ultralight design, has a maximum load capacity of 250kg, making it suitable for evacuating heavier patients. The SKID range provides optimal patient protection while ensuring operator safety from lifting and handling injuries during use.
