The Spencer super blue is a versatile head immobiliser designed for use with spine boards and stretchers in cases of severe trauma. This compact model is engineered for universal compatibility and adjusts seamlessly to each patient.

The memory foam in the super blue head immobiliser absorbs shocks and impacts, protecting the patient's head with a built-in air cushion. The headblock is fully adjustable with broad straps for easier placement. Soft side cushions offer excellent support while reducing cranial pressure.

Adjustable forehead and chin straps provide additional support and are equipped with soft padding. The high-density foam ensures both durability and water resistance, reinforced for optimal protection and enhanced patient comfort.

The base attaches to any stretcher using four hook and loop systems (two on each side), which enhance stability on spinal boards and stretchers during transport or recovery.

Constructed from impermeable materials, it resists absorption of organic fluids like blood, vomit, and mucus, as well as chemical substances and solvents. It withstands extreme temperatures, making the Spencer super blue compact head immobiliser ideal for remote and challenging rescue missions.
