The Spencer Twin Shell Basket is a split stretcher designed for the retrieval and transport of injured individuals in difficult environments for subsequent medical care.
ideal for use in demanding and hard-to-access rescue missions where it is crucial to shield individuals from lateral impacts, even on rough and dangerous terrain.
The Spencer Twin Shell Basket Stretcher is the optimal tool to employ when traditional recovery and transport methods are not feasible. The Twin Shell can be effortlessly separated, allowing the two sections to be stored compactly together.
ideal for moving individuals over:

- Helicopter extractions
The basket stretcher can be easily lifted with hoisting systems and can be attached to fixed anchor points/rings that extend along the stretcher's length. During lifting, the stretcher will stay level with the ground.
