With a hollow bore needle and a minimal penetration depth of just 0.3 mm, it creates a significantly smaller wound compared to traditional needles with a lancing depth of approximately 0.9 mm, commonly used for capillary blood sampling. This enhances the comfort of capillary blood sampling.
The lancet is effortlessly attached to the lancing device. A distinct click sound indicates that the lancing device is primed for use. Adjust your desired lancing depth by rotating the dial, then press the button to perform the finger prick.
The unique lancet design provides protection against accidental needlesticks throughout the blood sampling process. The needle remains securely shielded both before and after use.
