Granulox® is an innovative oxygenating spray designed for managing chronic wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, arterial leg ulcers, mixed leg ulcers, secondary healing of surgical wounds, and pressure sores. It is also effective for sloughy and infected wounds.
Upon application, Granulox releases highly purified haemoglobin, which captures oxygen from the air and permeates the wound exudate, delivering oxygen directly to the wound base. This oxygenation process enhances wound healing and improves patient outcomes.
The spray format of Granulox offers a portable and user-friendly addition to conventional wound care treatments. It should be applied during dressing changes and at least every three days for best results.
